Abstract

Relationship management is recognized as a focus of the next generation of project management. As a major sector, the construction industry has increasingly embraced the concept of project-based relationship management. On the other hand, project managers have grown steadily in prominence. This research explores the contribution of construction project managers to relationship management through a combination of qualitative and quantitative methodologies. Project-based relationship management can be either internal or external.

 Abstract
Nowadays the internal marketing is known as a strategy for the implementation of the organization. Internal marketing activities through proper selection and evaluation of organizational effectiveness, improves the competitiveness and enhance competencies and also causes to improve the performance of employees in the organization. On the other hand knowledge management is one of factors that increase the organizational effectiveness. A survey was conducted of 131 organizations. The results suggest that knowledge management fully mediates the impact of Internal Marketing on organizational effectiveness. The findings carry theoretical implications for knowledge management literature as they extend the scope of research on knowledge management from examining a set of independent management practices to examining a system-wide mechanism that connects internal resources and competitive advantage

Abstract/

Today the organizations used information technology in performing human resource department affairs and this is called as electronic human resource management (EHRM). In fact as the competitive complexity increases, the need for implementing EHRM in production and service businesses increases too. This paper is written in order to specify the importance of implementing EHRM in production and service organizations and also to evaluate efficiency rate and the importance degree in these two ones. In this paper first the topic's literature and the most important aspects of implementing these systems will be reviewed and after categorizing these views, the hierarchal model will be proposed by applying AHP method. The result of analyzing this model by EXPERT CHOICE software shows that implementing EHRM in both kinds of organizations has the same importance; however there is a large difference between them in implementing aspects.

چکیده

امروزه سازمان‌ها با استفاده از فن­آوری اطلاعات در انجام امور مربوط به واحد منابع انسانی، رویکرد جامع مدیریت منابع انسانی الکترونیک را پیاده‌سازی می­نمایند. در واقع با رشد روزافزون پیچیدگی­های رقابتی در سازمان­ها، پیاده‌سازی و به‌کارگیری E-HRM از ملزومات کسب­وکارهای تولیدی و خدماتی می­باشد. این مقاله با هدف تعیین اهمیت راه­اندازی سیستم­های E-HRM در سازمان­های تولیدی و سازمان­های خدماتی و میزان کارایی و درجه­ی اهمیت این سیستم در این دو قسم سازمان­  نگاشته شده است. در این مقاله ابتدا ضمن بررسی ادبیات موضوع مهم­ترین جنبه­های پیاده­سازی این سیستم­ها شناسایی می­شوند و پس از دسته­بندی این دیدگاه­ها، مدلی سلسله مراتبی با استفاده از روش AHP ارائه می­شود. نتیجه حاصل از تحلیل این مدل با استفاده از نرم­افزار Expert Choice حاکی از آن است که پیاده­سازی سیستم های E-HRM در هر دو نوع سازمان به یک اندازه دارای اهمیت است، اما در عین حال در میزان اهمیت جنبه های پیاده سازی با یکدیگر تفاوت زیادی دارند.
