چکیده
مقدمه
با توجه به اهمیت هوش هیجانی و تأثیر در حوزه های مختلف زندگی از جمله پیشرفت شغلی، رضایت شغلی،
محیط کار و عملکرد سازمانی؛ این مقاله به تعیین رابطه بین هوش هیجانی و فرهنگ سازمانی کارکنان دانشگاه پرداخته است.
روش بررسی
پژوهش از نوع توصیفی تحلیلی و مقطعی است که بر روی 168 نفر از کارکنان دانشکده ها و حوزه ستادی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان با بکارگیری دو پرسشنامه هوش هیجانی(93/0=ά) و پرسشنامه فرهنگی سازمانی هافستد(73/0=ά) انجام شده است. روش نمونه گیری بصورت تصادفی ساده بود. اطلاعات در دو سطح توصیفی و استنباطی (آزمون آماری ضریب همبستگی پیرسون) گزارش گردیده است.
یافته ها
بین هوش هیجانی و فرهنگ سازمانی رابطه ی مستقیم و معنادار وجود دارد(71/0=r)؛ همچنین بین هوش هیجانی و فرهنگ مرد سالاری - زن سالاری رابطه ی معکوس و معنا دار(24/0- =r) مشاهده شد؛ بین هوش هیجانی و سایر مقیاس های فرهنگ سازمانی از جمله فرهنگ فرد گرایی- جمع گرایی، فرهنگ اطمینان- ریسک؛ و فرهنگ توزیع قدرت عادلانه – ناعادلانه رابطه مشاهده نگردید.
بحث
با توجه به وجود رابطه بین هوش هیجانی و فرهنگ سازمانی در این مطالعه و نیز تأثیر گذاری و تأثیر پذیری برخی از مؤلفه های هوش هیجانی از فرهنگ سازمانی، آموزش همه ی شاخص های هوش هیجانی به منظور رشد و افزایش توانمندی های فردی و شغلی افراد توصیه می گردد.

Study of the relation between Emotional Intelligence and Organizational Culture of Employees of University
Introduction
This research wants to investigate the relation between Emotional Intelligence and Organizational Culture of Employees of University, due to different dimensions of Emotional Intelligence and it’s affects on different areas like job progress, job satisfaction, job environment and organizational performance.
Methods
The study is analytical and cross sectional. It is done on 168 employees of Esfahan Medical Science University through using two questionnaires: Emotional Intelligence and Organizational culture questionnaire. The samples are selected accidentally and asked for cooperation individually and verbally. The information is reported in two levels of descriptive and understanding. (Pireson Correlation Coefficient Test)
Result
The results show that there is a meaningful and direct relation between EI and organizational culture. There is also a reversed meaningful relation between EI and the culture of mannerism - feminism. There is no relation between EI and the culture of individualism and collectivism; EI and culture of trust-risk and avoidance of incontinence, EI and the culture of distribution of justly power – unjustly.
Conclusion
The results show that there is a direct and meaningful relation between EI and organizational culture. So it is recommended to train all characteristics of EI for developing and increasing EI.
Due to different dimensions of EI and it’s affects on different parts of personal life, job and scientific, and also the similarities with organizational culture in some components that shows the time relation between tow variables. In the way that the components of EI can have the affective of organizational culture.
